• Immunization using 1 goat • Pre-immune serum (5-10 ml) • 5 immunizations (1, 3, 5, 7, 9th week) • 4 serum bleeding (5, 7, 9, 12th week) • 500-600 ml antiserum per animal (or 500-1000 ml more *) • ELISA test (until titer reaches 20,000) • Optional Western blotting test available • Serum separation • 12 weeks protocol period |
